A Play that expresses my emotions on the day of Kestrel Shadowthistle's birthday

Here is a play I wrote myself:

How the Phsycotic side of Destiny threw a tantrum, and how the other calm side of her was confused.

PHSYCOTIC: Oh my gosh we are running LATE! 20 WHOLE MINUTES LATE!

CALM: Eh, don't worry, we're on the computer now, so that's good.

PHSYCOTIC: Yeah, I guess. Lets sign into blogger first, though.

CALM: Sure. (Logs into blogger) Ooooh, seems like Alia has a new post, lets check it out. (Clicks on link, reads Wizard101 Addict's latests posts)

PHSYCOTIC: WHOA! REALLY? But, it can't be...

CALM: Oh, I'm afraid it is.

PHSYCOTIC: But how can Alia Lotuspetal, the adept we knew not too long ago, be a GRANDMASTER already? It seems like yesterday when we met her!

CALM: Come on, forget about that. We have a party to catch.

PHSYCOTIC: (Sighs) I guess you're right.

(They log on Wizard101 and go to Kestrel. They see Alia shortly)

CALM: Come on, lets congradulate Alia for moving on to grand. She does deverve it.

PHSYCOTIC: (Sighs heavely) Yeah, I suppose.

(CALM and PHSYCOTIC approach ALIA. They congradulate her.)

CALM: Congrats, Alia!

ALIA: Thanks!

(CALM turns to PSHYCOTIC)

CALM: Look, Kestrel's speaking!

KESTREL: We're going to do a raid on Unicorn Way, everybody!

(The rest of the party goes by. ALIA logs off, then KESTREL. The sides of Destiny eventually log off.)

PSHYCOTIC: Calm, you know something? I've been thinking. If Alia and We were both adepts and new to blogging when we met, how come we're still only an adept when she reaches grand? Why does she nearly have 40 followers when we have a mere 13? And why does Creative Writing worship her but has only accepted us ONE TIME when we work our butts off writing?!

CALM: PSHYCOTIC, DON'T AFFEND ALIA!

PHSYCOTIC: I'M NOT OFFENEDING HER! I JUST WANT TO BE REGONNIZED!

The End

  2. That was EXACTLY how I felt a few weeks ago. I was level forty something, and I had been playing for almost a year (it will be a year at the end of March). It seemed like left and right, everyone was jumping on the Grandmaster train and leaving me behind in the station. No one ever reads my story. Just keep working, and eventually you'll get to grand, and people will start appreciating your writing if you really put work into it.
